Haley A. Weiss is an attorney who practices in the areas of estate planning and elder law. Prior to joining the Law Offices of Robert D. Schwartz, Haley was a staff attorney for the Clerk of Courts at the Fourth District Court of Appeal. Haley received her undergraduate degree in accounting at Florida State University. After working as an accountant for a year, Haley then decided to further her education by attending the University of Miami School of Law. She graduated in 2018 with honors. In her free time, Haley enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time outdoors.
