Joanna N. Hernandez is an attorney who specializes in Estate Planning, Wills and Trusts. Prior to joining the Law Offices of Robert D. Schwartz, Joanna was an associate attorney at a large Personal Injury Protection firm defending the rights of medical providers against car insurance companies. Before going to law school, Joanna received her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology from Florida Atlantic University. During her time at Florida Atlantic University, Joanna volunteered with State Prosecutor’s office for several years.  Shortly after graduating from her Master’s, she furthered her education by attending Western Michigan’s Cooley Law School where she volunteered and interned for a clinic that helped abused women and children until she graduated in 2019. Joanna is passionate about being able to help individuals through difficult situations. During her free time, Joanna loves spending time with her husband and children, baking and travelling.
